September is Suicide Prevention Awareness Month, a time to come together as a community to share hope, strengthen connections, and make sure no one feels they have to face their struggles alone.
Last year, we shared these important resources in the graphic below, and they remain as vital today as they were then. Whether you’re experiencing thoughts of suicide, worried about someone you love, or coping with the loss of a friend or family member, help is here.

📞 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline
Available 24/7, the 988 Lifeline offers free and confidential support for anyone in distress, as well as prevention and crisis resources for you or your loved ones. You don’t have to be in immediate danger to reach out.
