I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate with experience in working with individuals, adolescents, and children. I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of the Cumberlands in 2021. Prior to this experience, I completed my Bachelor's degree at Mid-Atlantic Christian University here in Elizabeth City.
My therapeutic passion is working with individuals 15 years and older. I enjoy working with clients to understand their world and the concerns they have when attending sessions. I emphasize the importance of responsibility and choice, which helps enhance relationships, work, and other aspects of life. I am here to support you whether it is working through grief, boundary setting, anxiety/depression, or any other stressors from life.
