As the weather warms and the days grow longer, summer presents a perfect opportunity to reset and reconnect with nature, loved ones, and most importantly, yourself.
While “self-care” can sometimes feel like a buzzword, it doesn’t have to be complicated or costly. One of the simplest and most effective forms of self-care is also one of the most accessible: spending intentional time outdoors.

Why Nature Matters for Mental Health
Just 20 minutes in a green space can lower stress hormones, improve mood, and sharpen mental clarity. Whether walking along a tree-lined path, sitting quietly by the water, or enjoying a sunset with family, nature offers moments of calm that our minds and bodies need.
