I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with experience working with children, adolescents, individuals, and families. I received my Master's degree in Psychology from Bridgewater State University in 2012 and obtained licensure as a Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts in 2014, as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Alabama in 2015, and as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina in 2018.
I have specialized training in working with service members, Veterans, and their families, and my therapeutic passion is working with individuals 16 years old and older to uncover and address patterns that keep us stuck while helping to navigate the steps to be the "you" that you desire. I utilize an Integrative theoretical orientation which allows for the application of several components of major counseling and psychological theories. I pull heavily from Developmental, Attachment, and Neuropsychological based theories to better understand your concerns within the context of your life and unique experiences. |
